A graduate of the FBI's CISO Academy, Joe brings deep expertise in risk management, corporate governance, and cybersecurity in highly regulated environments. He has chaired EPRI's Power Delivery and Utilization Cybersecurity and Privacy program and earned recognition for his work in developing cybersecurity risk assessments and metrics.
Brian Cox serves as Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at Cox Enterprises (parent company of Cox Communications and Cox Automotive). Prior to this role, Brian held multiple leadership positions at Cox Communications, including Executive Director of Information Security and Director of IT Security Operations, overseeing critical functions such as customer security, incident response, and threat detection. Brian holds an MBA in General Management and Leadership from the University of Georgia.

Steven Kellerhals is a Senior Engagement Manager of Incident Response at Arctic Wolf, where he leads IR engagements and oversees client, carrier, counsel, and partner satisfaction throughout incident investigations and remediations. Steven began his career in digital forensics and incident response with Tetra Defense in 2020, rising to Team Lead before Tetra Defense joined Arctic Wolf in 2022 as its Incident Response Division. He has since become one of the lead Engagement Managers for the Arctic Wolf IR team, bringing firsthand experience navigating some of today's most complex ransomware cases.
Will Bracker is a founding partner at Bracker & Holder and a nationally recognized thought leader in privacy, cybersecurity, and AI law. He advises clients on privacy programs, incident response, risk assessments, and daily legal counsel on security matters. Before entering law, Will spent more than two decades working across the software development lifecycle.
